Consultant Cardiologist and Head of Non-Invasive Cardiology at King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland, Glasgow, and London. He is the author of 52 books on diverse health issues and 60 papers in peer reviewed medical journals. He was an advisory member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Heart Association and served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Heart Association for 10 years. He serves as Expert in the International Islamic Fiqh Academy, Jeddah. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of Saudi Medical Journal and the Editorial Board of “Heart Health.”
